1 How can you be environmentally friendly at work?

In my work there is a department called ENVIRONMENT, which is in charge of everything related to the topic, including recycling, where we all must place the garbage in the respective bins for classification and final disposal. All employees must know how to classify and thus collaborate with the environment.

2 What type of incentives could a green company offer its employees?

I think there is no type of incentive since it is the obligation of each of us as employees or as people to take care of the environment, whether at a work or personal level. By simply teaching us the environmental part we are receiving a benefit.

3 How else could companies involve their employees in environmental issues?

Through campaigns aimed at garbage classification, environmental education, and teaching them about climate change.

Good morning, I ask my colleague Rafel Reyes why we should always think about a benefit in exchange for something if all the inhabitants of the planet are obliged to take care of the environment and even more so now that climate change is affecting us all equally.
