HOW DID I BECOME A TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR?

One day when I arrived at a project in Mani Casanare as explosive material coordinator, they told me that there was already a person in that position, which bothered me a lot but that they had the solution, and it was that the transportation coordinator of that group had resigned. And if I would like to occupy that position, that was easy and after thinking about it for a few minutes I accepted.

What was the result of the experience?

The result was learning something that had not crossed my mind but that I managed to overcome with a lot of effort and dedication.

How did your flexibility and adaptation help you deal with the situation?

Adapting to a new work environment to an unknown function, but with the conviction that I would do it well.

Would you change anything to cope better?

No, because I already lived that moment and I think it was my best decision. I will always remember that day. if I did not accept, they would have fired me from work, and I would not have entered the world of transportation logistics.
